Very clean, no odors, stains, rips, etc.
No tags or care label
Appears to be a girls small (4-6) and would have plenty of room for a girls sz 4, 4/5, and 5 to grow into; max sizing would be a girls sz 6; likely too small for a girls sz 7

Shoulder to end of fringe 15.5"
Top of collar (back) to end of fringe 17.5"
Width side to side where fringe begins 21.5", a bit wider if you measure side to side at bottom of fringe
Width of front panel that covers chest, side to side, measured at start of fringe 11.5"
Width of collar sided to side 4"
